National Fund for or Stock Exchange Development
The National Fund for Stock Exchange Development aims to finance the costs of listing for small and medium-sized enterprises, so that they can access capital as early as possible by going public.
Capital investment for stock exchange listing
And for the preparations thereto
The 13 billion HUF National Stock Exchange Development Fund is intended to support the listing of small and medium-sized companies operating in Hungary as an important tool in the capital market development efforts initiated by the Budapest Stock Exchange.
The Fund’s investment constitutes State aid within the meaning of Article 21 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/1084.
The equity fund can make two types of investments. On the one hand, you can finance the development of companies that may appear on the BSE Xtend medium-sized company market or on the main market of the Budapest Stock Exchange in the medium term. In this way, you can contribute to reaching new markets, investing, expanding your existing product range, and implementing business development solutions that help you improve operations and gain new customers.
On the other hand, the National Stock Exchange Development Fund may also subscribe for shares during stock exchange listings, be it on the BSE Xtend market or the main market, or on public or private listings.

Preparing to go public
with support
The process of going public is not only time-consuming, but also costly. In addition to market financing, listed companies have to comply with a host of rules, usually managed by a bank “sponsor” – coordinating the work of owners, management, lawyers and the IPO advisory firm.
The National Capital Development Exchange Fund was set up to support the costs of these long and highly skilled processes, not only by subsidising the costs but also by providing a wide network of contacts and expertise to help companies seeking to float.
“Precision and accuracy have always been important to us, but working with SZTA has made us even more precise and accurate. The reporting documentation makes our operations extremely transparent, which also makes it easier to monitor the success of our own work.”
“Solar energy plays a crucial role in Hungary’s transition towards renewable energy. We are on the threshold of dynamic growth, and Széchenyi Funds will give us a big boost.”
“By implementing its digital strategy, GRÁNIT Bank has become Hungary’s fastest growing mid-sized bank and has been generating profits for seven years. The Bank has now entered a new phase of its development, which is strongly supported by the capital increase by Széchenyi Funds, strengthening the growth potential and innovation activities of the about-to-be listed GRÁNIT Bank.”
